Working over 900,000 man-hours since 1997 incident free, we have placed our employees’ and our customers’ safety as our highest valued asset. We have been awarded the LWCC Safest 70 Award in 2015 and 2016 by the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Company in recognition of the effectiveness of our safety efforts. This award is given to seventy companies annually, out of a client base exceeding eighteen thousand members.

Our workforce safety plan includes structures to comply with the following standards:

• The Federal Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement: Safety and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS) under 30 CFR 250.1900 Subpart S in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)
• U.S. Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Operator Qualifications as defined under Subpart N in 49 CFR Part 192 and Subpart G in 49 CFR Part 195.
• D.O.T. Drug and Alcohol Testing by both urinalysis and hair sampling
• US Department of Homeland Security Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) Safety training details and statistics are available upon request and at ISN and PEC Safety
